For Internet Explorer:

Find 'Tools' on the top line of your Explorer browser.

Pull down the list of choices and click on 'Internet Options.'

When this opens, click on the 'Security' tab. Go to 'Custom Level.' Scroll down. Under 'Cookies,' click 'Enable.'

Continue to scroll down. Under 'Java permissions,' choose Medium safety. Continue to scroll down.

Under 'Scripting,' 'Active Scripting,' choose 'Enable.' The click 'OK' at the bottom and you're done.
For Netscape Navigator

Find 'Edit' on the top line of your Netscape browser.

Pull down the list of choices and click on 'Preferences' at the bottom.

Click on 'Advanced' at the bottom of the Preferences list. Click the 'Enable Java' checkbox, and the 'Enable JavaScript' checkbox.

Click the 'Accept all cookies' radio button. Then click 'OK' at the bottom and you're done.
For AOL:

Go to 'My AOL.' Pull down the list of choices and click on 'Preferences.'

Click on the 'WWW' icon. Click on the 'Security' tab. Go to 'Custom Level.' Scroll down.

Under 'Cookies', click 'Enable.' Continue to scroll down. Under 'Java permissions', choose 'Medium safety.'

Continue to scroll down. 'Under 'Scripting', 'Active Scripting', choose 'Enable.' Then click 'OK' at the bottom and you're done.
